WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash or credit card payments for party deposits. We accept cash or check on the day of the party.

WHERE ARE THE PARTIES HELD?
Our parties come to you.

WHAT AGES ARE YOUR CHILDREN’S TEA PARTIES FOR?
Our parties are for ages 4 and up.

HOW LONG ARE THE PARTIES?
The length of your party depends on the party package .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY?
Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed. We wil gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER OR THERE IS AN ILLNESS?
In the case of severe weather, Lady Millicent reserves the right to RESCHEDULE your party. If YOU choose to cancel your party and/or services of Lady Millicent at that time, please remember , your deposit is non-refundable. Should it be necessary to re-send invitations, there will be an additional charge.

WHAT SHOULD THE CHILDREN WEAR TO THEIR TEA PARTIES?
All costumes are designed to be worn over the child’s own clothes. The children DO NOT get undressed.

WHEN DO YOU NEED THE FINAL R.S.V.P COUNT?
4 days prior to the party. This date will allow time to prepare the appropriate amount of food and provide the appropriate number of party favors.

IF A CHILD DOES NOT SHOW UP, DO I STILL PAY FOR THAT CHILD?
You will be charged for the final headcount provided by you 4 days prior to the party.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST HAS FOOD ALLERGIES?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies. Should any of your guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. If a guest should have severe allergies, we recommend that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child.
